Prices vary depending on what you are looking for! Admin support is 30 USD/hour, and my smallest social media package starts at $1430 USD/month (customizable). Visual branding and other one-time projects are priced individually based on your needs. 

All of my on-going support services (social media packages and virtual assistance) require a three-month minimum commitment. After that, I require a three-week minimum notice to terminate the contract.

Visual branding and one-time projects are shorter contracts, and the specific length varies based on the time required for me to complete the project at hand. 

This varies depending on the service, but generally as much or as little as you would like!

Admin support, one-time projects, and visual branding would be minimal, whereas social media management requires some extra collaboration. Usually my clients spend less than 2 hours per month between reviewing content, filming content, and attending our monthly analytic/planning call. 

Absolutely! All of my visual branding and social media packages are completely customizable based on your needs. 

I work with private practice therapists, psychologists, and coaches. More often than not, the coaches I work with are also therapists who have either completely switched over to coaching, or still offer some counselling services in their practice. 

I also happen to LOVE working with highly sensitive people, as an highly sensitive person myself. Fun fact: 90% of the clients I have worked with are HSPs!
